Went through the drive thru got 2 subs for my husband and myself. We live 20+ miles away from store or I would have returned them. They had all toppings for mine on husband's sandwich and mine had his dressing and all. It was sickening.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Stopped in to get a footlong on 4/13/24 around 230pm. I was the only customer in the entire store. There were 2 young gals behind the counter making sandwiches. Neither one of them acknowledged that I was even there. No greeting, no hello, no "I'll be with you in a minute", no eye contact , Nothing! After waiting 10 minutes , I thought I must be invisible and walked out the door without my footlong ...RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!

Employees are in desperate need of training. When I walked in they were on their phones while struggling to close a sub with way too many veggies.The cutting boards had were a disaster with sub paper and veggies and sauce all over the place.I did not ask for extra veggies but was given over 20 olives and 12 jalapeños on my 6” sub. I don’t mind a little extra but a good portion of them went to waste because I didn’t order a salad.They also need to learn when to change their gloves, they didn’t change them once between the three sandwiches I watched them make and the touching of their hats and whatnot.My visit was at about 4:50 Sunday the 10th 2023I understand that new employees have a lot to learn and I’m not upset, but I did not have an enjoyable experience and I would like to if I come back since I don’t live far away and I do like subway sandwiches.

The girl who made our food was a fill-in from the other Sunway in town she said. She was stressed as nobody had showed her anything, and she couldn't ring up sales on the register, but she remained cool, calm, collected, pleasant, and sweet.

Paid way too much for a little salad. People were still learning and no one was there to help them. Cross contamination was happening all over the place. I was not impressed, but the people were nice. The fresh veggies didn't look very fresh at all either.
