Employees are in desperate need of training. When I walked in they were on their phones while struggling to close a sub with way too many veggies.The cutting boards had were a disaster with sub paper and veggies and sauce all over the place.I did not ask for extra veggies but was given over 20 olives and 12 jalapeños on my 6” sub. The girl who made our food was a fill-in from the other Sunway in town she said. She was stressed as nobody had showed her anything, and she couldn't ring up sales on the register, but she remained cool, calm, collected, pleasant, and sweet.

Paid way too much for a little salad. People were still learning and no one was there to help them. Cross contamination was happening all over the place. I was not impressed, but the people were nice. The fresh veggies didn't look very fresh at all either.
