“We went in an hour and a half before closing with a party of 13, (we were vacationing in Tawas for Christmas). The staff were awesome they put together tables to accommodate our big family. The food was excellent. Highly recommend the pizza, burgers fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and chicken trips. We left happy and full. Great experience altogether. Will be returning for another meal. Side note they do serve alcohol.“

“We eat here frequently. its the best Mexican restaurant Ive ever eaten at. I usually get the twins or crazy tacos, but have eaten almost everything on the menu and are always very pleased and full. Very nice staff too.“

“My wife and I have stayed here around a dozen of times over the years and every experience has been wonderful. We liked the hotel so much we got married here on the beach last August. Susie took care of every detail and helped put on a wonderful reception. Everything was perfect and no detail was overlooked. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to get married on the sunrise side of Michigan to consider the Tawas Bay Beach resort. Whether you're staying for a night or planning a wedding, everything you need is under one roof. Bayside is a wonderful restaurant with great food and a separate lounge next door with entertainment. Don't forget the beach bar with food and drinks in the summer months.“
