I recently visited this location and the line was held up a bit. When I got to the window they were very apologetic as thier system had went down. I told them no worries at all stuff happens. They gave me a few donut holes for the inconvenience along with my perfectly made Mocha Mocha coffee!!! I didn't ask or expect anything for a little bit of a longer wait. They definitely went the extra mile.
i go most mornings and i love it the good and drinks are great but lately ive noticed they’ve gotten a little sloppy this is how i received my bagel today lol and the time before there was like one spot of like a scoop of cream cheese and my drink was dripping all over the side
Bagels are never toasted!!! If it’s not the manager there I won’t be going!! Every time I have to come back and fix an issue the girls are always laughing. Toast the bagels it’s crazy thisbloaction to others don’t rush !!!!!! Went everyday for bagel and drink always tip. Stopped tipping stopped getting drinks bagels are never toasted!
