Appetizers were great, but the main course for my daughter and my husband were overcooked. My daughter had corn dogs and I had to take the breading off because it was too hard from being overcooked... which was fine, we managed. My husbands ribs were average, he did not eat the tritip, the flavor was off.
We went on Friday 10/03 and our server was Alisha U. She was friendly, efficient and fully engaged with my very perceptive 8 year old great niece. I always watch how people interact with youngsters; Alisha was respectful, responsive and very friendly. She didn't ignore her or appear to be bothered, instead listened, was patient and gave her full attention.
Our server was outstanding. He was busy and rushed but he went above and beyond. The check in process needs to be reviewed. It seems that BJ's does not really fully understand the whole Open Table concept because this is the second time we have booked reservations with Open Table and BJ's and it is always chaos and confusion.
Good food & turned the Tigers game on for us! Our server worked his butt off around the whole restaurant!
My friend and I came in for dinner. I reserved a table and we were seated as soon as we came in. Our server came over fairly quick and we ordered drinks and we got those and then as we looked at the menu our server came back and we were ready to place our order. It seemed that it took a little long for us to get our food and when we finally did get it, it was cold. We didn’t see our server for quite some time but when we finally did, my friend sent her plate back because hers was more cold than mine was and it still took a while for her to get her plate returned. Our meals were supposed to come with garlic knots which we had to ask our server for. She never returned to ask us how our meals were or to refill our drinks. She brought us our bills without asking us if we wanted dessert which we did. We asked for the strawberry shortcake Pazooki, and when we got it the cookie was raw and it did not look anything like the picture or what we saw on other tables. I don’t come here often, but yesterday’s experience was rather disappointing.

My waiter was not a waiter he didn't come and check on my table he would come out to other table I had keep calling him to my table we waited for 30 minutes to order when our food finally comes out my fiance had ordered steak the waiter didn't bring him steak sauce he got our drink order wrong just the whole time I got a vibe that my waiter was not happy he got my table because we are black
We ate here two nights in a row. The first night we had a delicious dinner and drinks. The second night we enjoyed your fabulous happy hour before a baseball game. Food quality was excellent and the servers were delightful.
The food was delicious. However, our waitress never smiled once. She could have been having a bad day. She only took away plates if I physically handed them to her. We also had to ask for refills. She only checked on us once while we were eating. I'll just chalk it up to a bad day.
The burger I had was the bj’s smokehouse burger - it was really good. Service is great. Came here with a group of 10 and they were great.
Nice waitstaff good food can be pricey the specials are good deals

Diana was our server last night for our party of 10. She was a rock star! Everyone should be as friendly and efficient as she is! A++
Food was not hot at all. But it was good. Dessert was very good.
Steaks were over cooked and overseasoned, baked potatoes under cooked, we were almost done with our meal before our daughter got her salmon, slow service, very disappointing
Food and presence was amazing. My waitress Awsten was super sweet and made sure to take care of us customer service on point and always made sure we were good
Just not good. The whole experience. This chain needs to clean house and get rid of anyone in the back of the house preparing and letting the food go out the way it is. App sampler everything lukewarm but the beer cheese which was refrigerator cold with a dried up layer on top. Pretzel and motz sticks, just not good. Tortilla chips were not good either. Guacamole had black chunks of avocado in it, which should have been thrown out and not used. Told Jimmy the manager, who just seemed tired used up and he took it off the bill. Deep dish pizza was horrible. Crust tasted like it was made out of Bisquick. It was undercooked the green peppers and onions were raw, cut in 7 pieces, how does that even happen? this was also lukewarm. Red baron deep dish from Kroger beats this pie. The jambalayas was all spice and nothing nice. Overcooked baby shrimp with chicken nibbles and hill shire farm sausage? Pasta Alfreda had suspiciously pink chicken. Pizzookie was, well a pizookie….. My opinion, either fix it the way it should be or throw the whole damn restaurant out., including Jimmy. This cost me over $100 for garbage that should never have gotten to the table. I was too embarrassed to complain again.Bring in Robert Ervine. I’ll never go back. This whole place from drinks to food, to service is a one and done.
