The food was delicious. However, our waitress never smiled once. She could have been having a bad day. She only took away plates if I physically handed them to her. We also had to ask for refills. She only checked on us once while we were eating. I'll just chalk it up to a bad day.

Steaks were over cooked and overseasoned, baked potatoes under cooked, we were almost done with our meal before our daughter got her salmon, slow service, very disappointing

Just not good. The whole experience. This chain needs to clean house and get rid of anyone in the back of the house preparing and letting the food go out the way it is. App sampler everything lukewarm but the beer cheese which was refrigerator cold with a dried up layer on top. Pretzel and motz sticks, just not good. Tortilla chips were not good either. Guacamole had black chunks of avocado in it, which should have been thrown out and not used. Told Jimmy the manager, who just seemed tired used up and he took it off the bill. Deep dish pizza was horrible. Crust tasted like it was made out of Bisquick. It was undercooked the green peppers and onions were raw, cut in 7 pieces, how does that even happen? this was also lukewarm. Red baron deep dish from Kroger beats this pie. The jambalayas was all spice and nothing nice. Overcooked baby shrimp with chicken nibbles and hill shire farm sausage? Pasta Alfreda had suspiciously pink chicken. Pizzookie was, well a pizookie….. My opinion, either fix it the way it should be or throw the whole damn restaurant out., including Jimmy. This cost me over $100 for garbage that should never have gotten to the table. I was too embarrassed to complain again.Bring in Robert Ervine. I’ll never go back. This whole place from drinks to food, to service is a one and done.

Andy was the bomb.com. He talked shop with us and took every joke in stride, every rebuttal on point. Absolutely awesome service, I will deffinily request him from now on.

Just want to take a moment to thank the Manager, Zach for the kindness he showed when I had a couple issues with my food. While they were just simple mistakes, he was still so extremely kind, respectful and professional about the whole thing and even offered to comp our meal and threw in a dessert as well 😭 I will definitely be coming back in the future, not just for the delicious food but for the way the staff treats you! I didn’t feel ashamed for speaking up and they work hard to make sure you’re given the best service possible! Thank you again Zach for your help and kindness!

Honestly I didn’t want to leave this review but this is just ridiculous. Luis B was our server and he was doing a fine job up until we paid for our meal. Our bill was originally roughly $45, but then Luis B caught us before we left the building saying that the card was declined bc it wasn’t showing up on his iPad… mind you he said this loudly in front of EVERYONE that was standing my door. How dare you embarrass us in front of everyone AND why would LUIS B charge us more than what was on the original bill! The new bill he gave us came up to $66! How do you go from $45 to $66!? My boyfriend first paid by scanning the QR code on the original receipt and the BS excuse Luis gave us about the new total was, “Sometimes when you pay on the QR code, it’ll charge you more or less..” WTH! That doesn’t make any sense at all! If he was honest with us and informed us that maybe he forgot to add something on the bill OR maybe we accidentally paid some else’s bill, then maybe we would’ve forgiven him, but no he gave us some bs excuse and lied. Also, mind you that my boyfriend checked his bank statements and it indeed does shows BOTH TRANSACTIONS for both of the bills! Totally disappointed and my bf and I like to eat here quite often and by that I think we’re going to stop eating here. I wish we took the tip back because after all that, he’s not worthy of any tip!

Our food was cold multiple times. We waited and it took 30 minutes to get our entrees and they came out cold. The service was good. They took the meals off the bill due to the inconvenience.

Jo Jo waited on us tonight. He was working behind the bar. He was so friendly and attentive. Absolutely made our to enjoyable
