Do not order online for pick up!!! Literally every time I have my order is so wrong. Missing half of the ingredients I order in my bowl & get VERY minimal meat.

Chipotle serves good food but the wait and lines are growing. Would more staff during peak hours improve the customer experience? Or do so many people love Chipotle that lines will become normal?

This is the second time this has happened at this location. Place an online order and it hasn’t even been started by the time the order was supposed to be ready. I’ve worked in a restaurant setting I understand sometimes it’s busy, but when there’s a line full of people trying to order, and people picking up and the employees are talking about how the scheduling sucks is not a good look. This is also the second time they haven’t had what I ordered. The first time there were no chips and it was failed to be mentioned to me until I checked my bag, this time they didn’t have any white rice so I had to substitute it for brown, this honestly is a very crappy experience at this location

Placed an order online today, food was ready and delicious. Not crazy about the smaller portions but overall experience was phenomenal. All the sauces are fresh, the chicken was well seasoned and not dry. I would suggest going in as portion sizes may be slightly better. The dinning area was clean and the line , from what I could see , moved fast. I was greeted warmly and even told to have a great day. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about going to this location, glad I found out for myself.

I've been here multiple times,with order accuracy and taste it was the better of my local options. That was until my last visit. To be fair, ordering inside of the restaurants at lunch time will yield the best results as far as accuracy is concerned. I highly recommend reading the reviews before choosing to spend your money at this location. Most reviews, which I agree from tested experience, suggests poor customer service and lack of taste consistency. All which are true depending on what time you visit and if you choose to use the App. In my opinion don't order from the app or online at all just go in. The lines usually move rather quickly, and of course, accuracy is increased. Most workers will not speak to you but a handful will. Again it depends on the time and day.

Come in at 5:45pm on a Friday, to see you are digital orders only. Fine. But then tell me we can’t eat inside because the closing worker will be here till 1am. Your hours are posted till 10pm. 4 hours before close and not allowing anyone to sit inside. Ridiculous.

I had a pretty good experience at Chipotle overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and just what I expected. They really do a great job with the quality of ingredients, and my bowl was delicious. The service, however, was just okay. It felt a bit rushed, and the staff didn’t seem overly friendly or engaged. That said, I’ll definitely be back for the food—it’s consistently good, and I appreciate the quick, healthy options Chipotle offers.

Sad what this place has become. Not able to read simple instructions. Received a bowl instead of burrito. Wrong drink. Gross food that's cold. Staff doesn't care and is rude. Called the restaurant and they just don't answer. Thanks for ruining one of my childhood favorites guys.

$41 for a burrito to be thrown in a bag without being completely wrapped. Unsanitary and after I purchased fountain drinks they told me the machine was out of ice at that point I wasted money for getting cups and got nothing. When we first ordered they said they were out of chicken , black beans , and smoked brisket. After I almost completed my order the next person in line gets chicken , brisket and black beans after they told me who was before them, that they had no more lol. So I decided to have them put the smoked brisket on mine which I regret cuase everything was cold and the brisket was fatty. This was a horrible experience and so dirty and ghetto, rip off and waste of money.
