Service is horrible everytime. Will never give this place another chance. The employees move like snails. Do not great any customers. But today put the nail in the coffin. The dining room was A disaster zero silverware everything was empty in the in the utensil bay trash literally scattered everywhere. There was not one table that was clean.

Recently order take out at this location and very disappointed to have witness uncleanliness. I picked up my order an hour before closing and when I walked in the employees were breaking down all stations. It was a Tuesday night and I understand it was during the week. But to be breaking down an hour before closing is unacceptable. My food wasn’t fresh nor hot it was cold. The chicken wasn’t even sitting in a warmer, it was just sitting on the side on the corner behind. My food was cold by the time I got home and very unpleasant to eat. I didn’t understand due to one of the employees still making my order when I arrived for pick up. He was super nice and professional. One of the other employees went outside and started her car as others were eating in the restaurant. Complaining about others eating in the restaurant, due to her readiness to leave. The manager on duty wasn’t happy about it and went out to get her. After coming back in, he lack the ability to wash his hands before preparing a to go order that came in at 10:30pm. It was unsettling as a customer to see him not washing his hands or even at least put in gloves before grabbing a tortilla to make for the next customer. To my knowledge I believe this isn’t chipotle standard of cleanliness. Definitely didn’t set right with me mentally.

Worst service ever! . I was there today around 2:40pm today and we had the rudest girl take my order. She was not patient and kept trying to rush my order. As she took my order she was throwing the food into the bowls and throwing empty food pans and slamming everything. It took everything within me not to go off on her because I had my daughter with me. She kept saying she was pissed and cursing up a storm and she kept saying I’m clocking out at 3. I can’t believe not one single coworker or manager stopped her. The place was a mess, food all over the counter. She even dropped a plastic container in the queso, she removed the small container with her hand and she still kept serving the queso instead of removing since it was contaminated 😭 . The food counter was so dirty , I can’t believe the health department inspectors have not shown up. the guacamole was not fresh color.

Extremely unprofessional. This one girl who was serving our food had a bad attitude and kept furiously putting food in our bowl and cursing under her breath acting like it was our fault. And when the cashier asked if she was okay , she yelled out that she was “pissed off”. She was rude and didn’t even finish our order since she left to who knows where. Made everyone uncomfortable but thankfully this nice man finished our order since she left.

Have been going here for a long time and have watched how the service has declined tremendously. The place is never clean and staff act like they don’t want to be there or you are bothering them. Came in today, waiting in line for over 20 minutes then it is my turn and he tells me they are out of chicken at the front so I ask can’t you grab it from over there and he tells me no but he just did it for the lady in front of me. So disrespectful! Then proceeds to tell me chicken will be done in 10 minutes, but there is no one on the grill. Will not be back to this location ever again.
