She was very prompt even though it was busy, after the greeting she told me she’d be a minute and true to her word she loves. She is quite friendly and very professional. “Understaffed, but who is not these days. Waitress did the best she could since she was only one on the floor. Pot roast is typically really good, meat was tough this time and carrots raw in the center. Omelette was runny and little filling. Typically not like this when we eat here . We will go back but was very disappointed this evening for the amount you are billed. Tipped the waitress well as she was stressed but still was smiling.“
