The Unwhich The last 2 Unwhich sandwiches we ordered were a hot mess, fell apart as soon as we removed paper. Normally they are wrapped very tight like a burrito, But this time I am glad it fell apart so i could see the tomatoes that were pretty nasty.

I am so happy I spotted Jimmy John's on Eureka Road, this is by far the most cleaness and the friendlnss place I've been to. My sandwich was made perfect.

I go here frequently and always order quite a few subs at a time well in advance. Always missing sandwiches or made completely wrong! Ordered an 8 and only got ham with veggies on my sandwich. Why pay for double meat and cheese and not get what you paid for?! Guess I'll be checking every sandwich I get from this place or go to a different location out of my way! So angry! Especially with prices going up!

Worst experience i’ve ever had at jimmy johns. Ordered online and delivery took more than 30 minutes and I don’t live more than 5 minutes away. The sandwich i ordered didn’t have half of the things I ordered on it and i paid extra for a kick in ranch and asked for napkins to be included neither were delivered.

My boyfriend and I just tried to stop here. First time ever wanting to try Jimmy Johns. Says it's open till 4pm. We showed up at 2:00pm and there was nobody there. Doors were locked. How is this professional? Super disappointed.
