Went here for a grad party and I was very impressed. Food was good, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable on the outdoor patio. I see this place often but never really thought to stop in.
First visit, unfortunately disappointing. Was hoping for a new hidden gem. Where to start?The draft beer was old. Really old. I've drank Labatt Blue for 35 years, this was flat and sour. 1 star.Ordered Michigan perch? Having fished my entire life in Michigan I'm going to say this was Ocean Perch, not Yellow Perch. And I have never had deep fried fish served skin on with the dark meat still on. That tells me this was farm fish also. These filets , although not very meaty...
So love this restaurant. The Prime Rib is phenomenal and everything you order is very very large portions yet not overpriced. If you like fish, order the fish and chips but go there hungry.
