Waited several minutes for someone to greet me while my toddler was throwing a tantrum in the background only to be told it would be a 15 min wait. It shouldn’t take that long to greet a customer. Why call it hot n ready if it’s not ready. defeats the whole point. I had to leave and order food online.
We ordered the pretzel pizza, crazy puffs and crazy bread. All was delicious! Fast service. Would give 5 stars but parking is horrible here.
I like this location. Have there been errors? Yes. But they were corrected, no one died and we all moved on. The dough issue people are commenting on is definitely a franchise thing. They've changed ingredients or portions or something because the thin, floppy occurrence is something I've noticed at 4 different locations in 4 different cities. I have never had a bad customer service experience here and NICK is awesome.
