I’ve been coming here for YEARS, almost over a decade (or two). The food is amazing and consistent, freshly fried. The service is fast and reliable. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants to dine at (and take out!), definitely recommend this place.
I love Long John Silver's. However, I would say that I'm very dissapointed in the portion sizes. The fish is good, the chicken is smaller and they changed the french fries to waffle fries, big mistake! especially because they are cooked to hard. They aren't light and fluffy like Chic-Fil-A's. I'm not exaggerating, my last visit I ordered the 2 piece fish dinner and there were only 6 hard waffle fries inside. That is unacceptable! I know that cost cutting...
I was there today having a very very bad day and the general manager a Miss Smith took my order. She was an absolute delight! I was telling her about the crappy world and she just was a very much of an inspiration to me .She asked me if I believed in God and I said yes and she says then don't worry God's got you and it made my whole demeanor change She was a fabulous wonderful person. Not to mention I heard her going to the restaurant asking customers how their food...
