I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location (3/1/25). Despite using the drive-thru, I encountered issues with a promo code. Although my phone confirmed the code was accepted, the cashier claimed it wasn't valid.
When I went inside to resolve the issue, I received no help from the cashier or manager. Unfortunately, this location will no longer be my go-to spot, despite its convenience to my job. The poor customer service has lost my business.
I went here at 10 o clock which they are still open and I ordered 2 shamrock shakes and a large fry, and I put mobile order/Drive Thru and got up to the window and told them my code and confirmed my name and they told me they were out of shamrock shakes, we know you ain’t out and just too lazy to make them anyways I asked how can I get my money back and he told me through the app which isn’t true because when I went into the app my order was gone so I was scammed out of my money. Never going back here again because this is ridiculous it’s a problem every time I go here, literally went down the street to the other McDonald’s and they had shamrock shakes thankfully 💗

Ordered a Large #7 and Medium Quarter Pounder meal. Got to the windows was handed two medium drinks. Tried to bring the mistake to the guys attention and he, in the rudest way possible was saying well "That's what was rang up so that what you got." I Would have paid the cost of the large meal just wanted the mistake corrected.

Some of the absolute worst customer service Ive seen. The woman at the drive thru window with the french braids has a serious attitude. Was upset with me because I moved forward a window because no one was there for a while and they were all standing at the second window. We sat patiently for the order and when she shoved the change back at us and we said thank you she ignored us and closed the window and walked away. And she charged me for TWO MEDIUM FRAPPES but gave me TWO SMALL ONES. Thats theft and disgusting behavior, if you’re going to work in customer service maybe treat people nicer and work on your attitude.

I was just riding along, not even getting McDonald's, even though I was hungry but McDonalds' are 95% garbage stores with horrible service so I rarely trust any of y'all, when my fam who I was riding with decided to stop there around 10:55 or so. Anyway they ordered, at least it didn't take long, but when they got the food, the condition of it was.. let's just say I saw why it didn't take long..smh and I'm really glad I didn't order anything. All they asked for was like a McChicken and a McDouble with Mac sauce on them and some fries. This was so bad, that he's going to leave a review, and I'm leaving one as well. Lol!!! That is an insane amount of sauce to put on anything.. even if they asked for extra (pictures below). I get it y'all were closing at 11pm (didn't know this) and we were the last car in line.. but this looked like your employees were retaliating for having to make it. The order wasn't even that much! Then they didn't even give them a receipt with the order so when we went back the manager told us they "highly doubt their employees wouldn't hand out a receipt".. and in no way took responsibility for what they did. Ok, no receipt. Paid with a card, statement shows everything. You know they're not making it up off that alone. A refund shouldn't be that difficult when you know you messed up. I'm not ever going here and don't recommend them to anyone. Now when we call it's a busy signal. What did y'all do block the number?! Unbelievable.. -3 stars

Employees are all rude or high. Like every McDonald’s now days people at the counter get completely ignored. I get weed is legal but when it affects job performance almost anywhere you go anymore maybe it shouldn’t be. Or maybe they should be making minimum wage since they treat it like a low level not important job.
We were hoping to dine in, but the dining room was closed. It's very inconvenient. It looked like there was plenty of staff when we pulled in the drive thru. Food was good at least.

It's pretty good overall. Just sometimes can be a little interesting getting the food and stuff, and also the food can make you feel gross after eating it.
