I want to start by saying this used to be my go to place when I lived in Dearborn. I was in the area so I stopped by and ordered. The chicken was what I remember but what's leading me to update is the fried rice, I remember it being flavorful with onions etc and cooked well. I looked and saw a few reviews saying it was bland and soggy that were recent and honestly I must agree. It wasn't like horrible but also wasn't what it used to be. I get restaurants struggle...
I used to come here over 25 years ago with a friend who lived in the area. Just had them again last week for the first time in 25 years and it's just as good as I remembered! The man who runs this place is so friendly and kind, a pleasure to speak to! The almond Chicken was fantastic! Eggrolls and rice are amazing too! My regular Chinese restaurant was closed. Tried something new. AMAZING. Sweet and sour chicken, almond chicken, and general chicken. Phenomenal. Customer service was also top notch. Guy who cashed me out was funny and prideful. :)
