Just awful. They kindly served me HAIR with my pho. Besides that, there were a total of two sprigs of cilantro, two slices of jalapeño, three vegetables in the VEGGIE pho. It’s just soggy noodles in salty water y’all.(Yes I’m sure, my hair is blonde).

I’ve been here 2 times to get pho as I have been to pho lucky multiple times, the pho meat here always tastes old as if it isn’t fresh, I never get Brussels sprouts or cilantro/lime on the side how I’m supposed to like a normal pho place would do and when I ask for it on the side they say “we don’t do it on the side it’s already in the soup” they need to up there game because there pho tastes horrible and doesn’t compare to any other pho I’ve tastedBabies also be screaming crying & running all over the place very unprofessional people come to eat out to get good food & a piece of mind. So if you want a peaceful place to eat with good pho don’t come here

They have their children running around crying and screaming while we’re eating and cannot control them, also the Pho broth was grey as hell with a bunch of brown clots through it and my soup was basically cold and it took them 3 minutes to bring it out and the noodles had to have been over boiled or soaked over a long period of time and the broth was very strange tasting. I’ve been eating pho for 10 years straight and this was the first time I’ve ever been totally disappointed.

I am a big fan of pho, coming from a city where's there TONS of Vietnamese restaurants (Columbus Ohio)... This place definitely had most of them beat. The fried rice was AMAZING as well. And the servings, ENORMOUS, one could definitely feed two leave you

They put us next to the door where the food came in and out and there was ample space to move us and the back of the parking lots not lit up right next to the railroad

The menu options are extremely limited, there is no longer bahn mi or vermicelli noodles offered.I ordered the beef pho with meatballs. The beef was alright, however the noodles were kind of hard, and the broth almost seemed tasteless. I did appreciate the fresh vegetables that were in the Pho, however there were a very small amount of them.The staff was very friendly though and the prices were very good.

We showed up about 40 minutes before close, not knowing that it was literally a one-man show. We felt terrible, but the whole time he was incredibly kind and prompt. The phò was phenomanal! I'd personally prefer it a little spicier, but I'm not complaining about what we got in under an hour before close. We got the rare steak phò, rare steak & flank phò, shrimp phò, and an order of minced meat/potato spring rolls. It was hot and extremely flavorful. The portion is definitely enough for two or three meals depending on your appetite. He was personable, and even chatted with us a bit after we paid our bill. We're from Toledo, but next time we're in the area, we'll definitely be sure to stop by again!

No idea why people are giving this place such bad ratings. I’ve come here for over a year now and EVERY TIME the family that owns the restaurant have been very sweet, accommodating, and polite. Just because they have different food doesn’t mean it’s bad people. It’s DELICIOUS! ESPECIALLY their pho and cheese rangoons. They never fail to serve me well, even over DoorDash. Just cause your kids won’t eat the chicken tenders cause they’re not Americanized chicken tenders doesn’t mean that it’s bad. I LOVE this place. Don’t get it closed down just because of your cultural ignorance and poor choices in feeding your picky children. I normally don’t leave reviews but I love the food at this place and y’all are just ignorant with the bad reviews. I love Pho House MWAH ?
This place is horrible they have horrible customer service the woman that works there Is completely beyond rude every time I would go in I would smile and try to be nice and she wouldn’t even crack a smile. They not only have blocked my phone number for absolutely no reason and when I told the male that there was issues with the phones he said they got new phone service just to discover they blocked my phone number. The last time I got cheese ragoons from this place the woman told me THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE COLD which means it’s suppose to be undercooked ? They went back threw them in the fryer and still returned them to me cold. I have been coming here for over a year now and every rime has been a horrible experience and now I am beyond terrified to even eat food from here without the fear of them spitting in my food or purposely doing something nasty to it.Not to mention she has not one but 2 children in this establishment all day every day. She has never apologized for my food being wrong or undercooked, My las time being in there I tried to be as nice as possible and ask how she was doing and how her kids are doing and as usual I got no response in communication, just very rude and it’s very unfortunate because I really enjoyed the noodles but it’s not safe for me to return to this place especially if she went out of her way to block my phone number after I spend so much money in this place then getting lied to about “switching phone services”

Ignore the negative comments on here! My fiancé and I went this evening for dinner and the pho was fantastic!!! The owners are very friendly and the service was fantastic! The bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, limes and jalapeños were noticeably fresh! The chicken pho had a wonderful flavor to it! The portions are great and it’s fairly priced! Definitely recommend dine in to get the full experience! Overall we will definitely be back the broth is amazing!!!! Can’t speak for other menu items as the pho was the only thing we got. Give ‘em a try!Vegetarian options: Vegetable and tofu pho offered.Parking: Several spots out front some handicap parking as well
