I was very disappointed tonight. Two of our meals were very overcooked….they took them back and it took over 40 minutes for us to get our meals back. When the manager, Emma, came over to check on our table we told her about the long wait…we still did not have our meals at that time. She actually laughed about the situation and walked away. The waitress “Lauren” had the personality of a snake. Blooming Onion sitting In a bed of butter/oil making it soggy. And when made waitress aware she could have cared less “thats normal”. We’re celebrating a birthday & had to remind waitress after we sat there for awhile. Had 3 Gift cards for a bill of almost $180 & she helped us with the first gift card, but then walked away, and the othet 2 gift cards was partially applied toward the tip.
