I normally love the Taylor location of Texas. We had it for dinner last night and I was not given any of the drinks I ordered and then my steak tips were burnt. I asked for med well, not burnt. Disappointed in my dinner I was looking forward to last night. I looked for a contact us area on the webpage and didn't find anything to voice my concern.
Racial profiling by manger Jesse and staff. When the situation was addressed Jesse was passive and dismissive, didn’t even offer an apology.
I was very disappointed tonight. Two of our meals were very overcooked….they took them back and it took over 40 minutes for us to get our meals back. When the manager, Emma, came over to check on our table we told her about the long wait…we still did not have our meals at that time. She actually laughed about the situation and walked away.
