I normally love the Taylor location of Texas. We had it for dinner last night and I was not given any of the drinks I ordered and then my steak tips were burnt. I asked for med well, not burnt. Disappointed in my dinner I was looking forward to last night. I looked for a contact us area on the webpage and didn't find anything to voice my concern.

Sadly I was disappointed with mine, and after leaving my wife's meal. Our appetizer, the Cactus Blossom was even more delicious, since I used a perk to cover the cost. The salads were good, but the steaks are where things went downhill. For the price I paid for the 16 oz Fort Worth Ribeye, there is no way this steak should have had the amount of inedible gristle pictured. I also came to find out later (I should have asked much earlier) that my wife didn't enjoy her Sirloin steak as it was overcooked...

For a Chain restaurant this place is the shit. The food is always good. And the staff is always on point.. Great management at this one. It is working like a well oiled machine. Thanks for a great night out with my wife..

Food was so cold. The bread, forget it. That was the reason why I came and it was cold until the fourth batch. I even mentioned that my appetizer was cold and she didn’t even bother taking it off the bill. I spoke to a manager and let her know everything that was served was cold. Had to go home and reheat my steak and all my food. Terrible service and cold food

What a fun experience. So impressed with Bob, who came to our table and entertained us all making a balloon animal for my little nephew. I guess that’s a Monday night thing, if you care to take your kids that’s a great time to do it. Thanks, Bob!

This location has been a staple since I was a child. Always busy, always delicious. Well I guess I shouldn’t say always. As with every business in America Texas Roadhouse of Taylor, MI has sacrificed quality to increase quantity. Why is there no waiting area anymore? For a restaurant that is packed all the time they have the dumbest set up where they just pile everyone in front of the bread station and then the servers get mad about all the people in the way. Our server, who was awesome, apologized 4-5 times before we even got our soft drinks because she felt bad about how the restaurant was running this evening. But the thing is, it’s like that every weekend. It is a definite fire hazard having guests pile up like that and god forbid if a fire or any type of emergency happens, I’m sure people will die. Actually why hasn’t an inspector came out and addressed this because it’s been like this for years. Overall experience sucked. Waitress was great and deserves a raise for having to apologize constantly for way management is operating. Food came out like warm because they were so busy just trying to push any food out and flip tables because of how busy it was. Probably Willis just do carry out from this location in the future, but will be keeping an eye on the news for when someone is inevitably trampled in their “waiting” area. 5/10 experience.

It's great just a bit too noisy to my liking, if you like to chatter over other people than you'll like it here but if you like quite places bring headphones AND NOT THE ONES THAT BLOCK OUT SOUND, BRING NOISE CANCELLING BLUETOOTH OR CABLE HEADPHONE THAT PLAY MUSIC
