Great service, ordered food togo from the bar. Got to hotel was missing a few items. No togo plastic ware, ordered bacon for my salad did not get it. Potato had been setting for a long time it was pale color inside not white and fluffy like a new baked potato 🙁 steak was ordered Medium but was very rare had to microwave it to get to Medium but tasted good.
We go to Texas Roadhouse quite often and brought a friend that had never been from out of town .. The meal was good until we tried to eat our ribs which were very dry and overcooked.. I think they were actually burnt .. Anyhow we did tell our server and he proceeded to bring us extra bbq sauce .. Nope that didn’t help and we told him that they were still not eating them.. Anyhow we got our bill and payed for the entire bill with no addressing of the ribs from the server...

Everything about this place is perfect.
The host, my server Samantha, and the manager Jesse, and others here are super crazily nice and friendly.
This is not just the best Texas Roadhouse, this is the best restaurant.
They even gave me some samplers and free appetizers voucher.
Absolutely love this place!!!
