My experience here the past 3 times has been amazing. This incredible lady who took my order today named Madison was very kind and understanding. She was very quick and precise with our order, She did amazing! This will for sure be my Go-To Tim Hortons on my way to work.
I hope this Timmy's stays open forever! Honestly and sincerely.
The guy taking the drive thru order was calm and patient and extremely welcoming. The girl at the window serving was helpful and nice. I get the no smile, it's Sunday, but still at it like a champ.
Whatever management or ownership is doing that's making these folks nice, keep it up!

This place is pretty good but don't order a cold brew. I got one and it was inedible, I actually had to throw it out. Going to stick to my usual drinks from now on. Their menu also doesn't necessarily reflect what they currently have. They tend to skimp on how much they put on the bagels as well. I don't even like a lot on my bagel but it seems they just barely coat it. This is consistent as well. I do go out of my way to go to this location in Taylor rather than...
