I gave 3 stars for the day shift. They deserve 5 star. However, the night I purchased a mobile order and was given a molded burger, I paid extra for a drink that I couldn't get. Apparently you don't get refunds from the mobile app. The 800 number is attached to door dash and then they couldn't find my order. After waiting 30 minutes for a re order. The manager he forgot some items. It was a horrible experience. The next day I spoke with the assistant General manager....

We weren’t greeted when we walked in, still wasn’t greeted when the employee too our order. Ordered the Dave’s double, bun was dried out, meat overcooked. Fries just okay. Thing is I always have a good experience at Wendy’s.

I was visiting someone at the nearby hospital So I decided to stop and grab something to eat so I could take some medicine. I could not get my app to place my order. It kept giving me an error message so I went Into the establishment to place my order. Upon entering this location, the dining room was pretty empty and no one was at the counter.
