If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went to this location to pick up a DD order but I had some time to kill so I placed my own order as well. Coincidentally, I ordered the same thing I was picking up. The kids at the counter were a little confused but it’s okay. They’re kids. The manager seemed frustrated but I didn’t have any dealings with her. The young lady running around he fry/nugget station was downright rude. As the young man picked up my food she had an attitude because she had to do her job. I had been in the store all of 7 minutes at this point and the DD order was still not done. So I prompted why it was still not ready and the other young man focused on putting it together. The young lady snapped and said, “I already did that!” And looked at me, the young man let her know it was for DD and she began to get loud and and belligerent. The service at this Wendy’s is never above or beyond but this was too much for a place of business. Might I add that none of the food handlers had on gloves. I witnessed the young lady touch her face while and then handling food.

I recently visited this and another location after placing a mobile order then after arriving find out they don’t have what I ordered so I asked to cancel it they told me I had to go in the app at which time they did whatever and it wouldn’t allow me to cancel so they said call customer service and for 4 days I have had to luck on getting through just dial tone chat don’t work so basically no way to get my money back and left to feel like I have been robbed

Ordered the baxonator and the double stack. I'm on Keto so I ordered them without the buns nor ketchup. Wendy has the beef, and the bacon was great all by itself. Keto friendly and for <$10 a filling meal. Def recommend.Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly

My fiancé and I recently went to this location and paid in cash. I handed the worker $41.62 for our $31.62 bill and he asked if it was exact change. I said yes thinking he meant coins (my fault) but i thought that because i had just counted them in front of him. He then asked us to pull forward but never gave us our change. So when our food came I informed the employee kindly that they owed us $10. She said no worries went inside and out came a manager about 4 minutes later, who was giggling at us while we explained what happened and said "for future reference when we say exact change we mean bills and everything"... which I knew and we had earlier in the conversation apologized for the mix up. She then said she would go get the money but made it feel like an inconvenience and had us wait over 10 minutes for it, so when we arrived home our food was no longer even hot. I simply wasn't happy with 1. the fact that even though we mistakingly said exact change the cashier didn't notice we'd obviously overpaid and 2. the managers lack of professionalism and timeliness in addressing the matter.

This Wendy's location has gone downtown fast! This is the second time I've gone through the drive thru in as many weeks and allow me to describe. Pulled in, a guy drinking a 40 in the parking lot. Pull up to the ordering speaker, the mic is on and the employees are arguing and yelling at each other. Place my order and specifically ask, with a "may I please have that fresh". Pull up to the window. There is a broken down vehicle with nobody inside it just in front of the drive thru window. The guy drinking the 40... He works there. Had to get out of my car to pay and get the food because the vehicle wasn't moving. My food... Literally cold to the touch. Everything was old and part of the order was completely wrong. I don't suggest anyone go to this location.

The burger from my meal was good. That's the ⭐.Service negative ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.Unsure how this location stays open with the service reps they have... It was my first time, being in the area and thought I'd stop in for lunch, and will be my last time, sadly.Do not recommend, whatsoever.

Had a mobile order, went to go pick it up, and they said it was a shift change, so it would be 10 minutes before we could even be waited on. I have worked for two restaurants in my life, and I have never ever heard of a shift closing for a shift changeLuckily, the app let us cancel.

This is one of the better locations, but too dark at night. Too many mobile order pick up spots make you park further from the door than should be necessary. Generally reliable for fresh food unlike other locations near by. Fresh, never frozen beef, good chicken nuggets, good chicken sandwich, Frosty ice cream treats, delicious chocolate chip cookies, quality chilli, and good burgers. Skin on fries with sea salt are good when fresh. The reward app needs to be better and currently does not allow you to pay by gift card which is terrible as a business policy. Caution, the app also lets you order what they don't have.

I haven't been to a Wendy's in probably 10 years. I took my boys there for lunch. Standing at the counter, the smell of cigarette smoke overwhelmed any smell of food. The person at the register was nice. The food was not that great, the meat wasn't fresh. The restaurant was very dirty overall, the floors, seating area, and even glancing behind the counter. My son went to the bathroom and came out and said you don't want to go in there, it's disgusting. I definitely won't be back, as the horrible state of cleanliness makes me feel like I won a game of food safety Russian roulette. Overall the entire experience was sub par.
