Being born and raised in Michigan, I've been going there my whole life. Normally it's as expected and tasty but today it was super salty. Couldn't even taste the onions or pickles, which is very unusual. I haven't been to this location in months because there's one closer to home. I hope this isn't an ongoing problem. Though about giving less stars but in all fairness, this was an unusual experience.

We were in town from Ohio and had to stop as we don't have this stuff close to home. I remember White Castle in the Cleveland area when I was young and always stopping with my grandpa. Everyone at this location during this visit was efficient and very friendly. The food was Hot and tasty

I order online to get the promotions they offer, and I know they don't offer toppings as an option in the app, so I write I would like ketchup, mustard, pickles,and onions and if they make them before I get there to say something they NEVER have the requested items. So I don't know if it's the place's fault or the flaw in the app. I would recommend if ordering on the app then doing in the parking lot and going in if you want condiments on your sliders.
