The Drive-thru lady she is always professional, has a great smile,she always has friendly demeanor,her nails are clean,shes organized working the window, uniform clean,professional, relates to customer and acknowledges and is aware of reoccurring customers and recognizes them and their order, we need receipts she always prompt with knowing amd giving it to us and not having to ask her or remind her.
