Dad Dragon Cafe is a place with high levels of friendship, but watch out for fur in your drinks. They serve a killer latte, perfect for hangovers. The owner can be gruff, but if you turn on the machine early, you get faster service. The cafe offers a great selection of alcohol and tasty Curry. However, be cautious if you're allergic to animals, as there are many cats and dogs around. Not recommended for children, but it's close to a school. Arrive early for parking or risk illegal parking at a government building.
