A fine diner with excellent Amercian food and great service. I have enjoyed it repeatedly over the years and it's the "go to" place if you're wondering where to go. Great menu!
Had the Jimmy's Special. Definitely one of the better breakfasts I've ever had at a restaurant.
Update: been a second time and got the meat-lovers skillet and I'd go as far as to say it was better than the Jimmy's Special. Red Star is probably now my favorite breakfast place in the area and I've tried lots of places. I enjoy sitting here and reading while eating and having coffee. Busy joint, and people obviously are in on the secret.
