I love finding lil mom and pop sub shops they tend to have better subs than most chain restaurants, but this shop, Oh wow! The best Italian cold sub I've had in YEARS and it doesn't require you to break the bank! Reasonably priced and far more delicious than it's cost. I will be stopping by every time I come through Three Oaks for sure!
Their meatball subs come with 3 meatballs and are pressed well, didn’t have any fall out while eating!

Stopped with the in-laws for lunch and enjoyed a nice light half sub. The veggie which was flavorful and airy. A perfect meal when you’re in a middle of a heatwave doing some traveling. We all thought our meals were delicious and would recommend for a delicious bite to eat.
