Food was good. Euro sandwich was good. Tomato bisque was not up to par. Good selection of beers on tap. Staff was friendly and prompt. Atmosphere was nice but dang is there a discount for bringing kids?!? Seriously there were lots of families with small children. I love kids but unexpected to see at a bar. I would go back for the beer.

Every time I come here my only thought is "how do they do it?" I always order the most delectable burger in traverse city served with the finest assortment of drinks. I love 7 monks.
Great beer selection, friendly service. Entry side has a typical corner bar feel with tables in the back. Had the smash burger and it was solid, the shoestring fries are excellent. Good prices too.

It is tough to find a table Friday night in downtown TC. But we got right in at Seven Monks and had an excellent meal! Highly recommend the feature “The Doner” which is like an elevated Lamb Gyro complete with a unique carrot puree and a perfect amount of acidity from the other homemade sauces. Menu has your typical pub food but quite a few nice surprises to please everyone. Hope the chefs here keep branching out with their dynamic flavors!

The food was very good and the service was great! The only thing I have to say is that they offered us refills and didn't mention they weren't free but we were charged on our check. Not a big deal just feel like they should have mentioned it.
