How could this location possibly have nearly 4 stars? I don't think I have ever waited less than 30min for a lunch order and you're trapped in the DT lane if you choose unwisely, needless to say me and my guys don't stop here often. Next, I see there is only 3 cars in drive-thru after work so I decide to take a chance and sure enough after putting EVERY car on hold 15min later I reach the speak to get a sandwich and a shake. NO HORSEY SAUCE.. NO SHAKES. My god put up a sign, they sure remembered to put up their "Closed at 8pm" sign. I've run many restaurants, 20yrs experience and I can say with confidence the management of this restaurant is not up to standards for a DT only building, should be flying customers through here and piling up the cash.

The food is great, when it is open. But they have poor worker retention and often close during what should be normal hours. Very frustrated with this business. Used to be a favorite but lately it is having issues.

They're gonna mess up your order. Everytime. And when you check the bag and see that something is missing you have to go back through the drive thru and wait 20 minutes because there is no where to pull off and wait.

I order Arbys a lot and normally my order is hot and 100% correct. Firstly, I ordered 12 ketchup packets and only received 5. Secondly, my chicken and curly fries are not even slightly warm. Absolutely livid about this order. Yall have never delivered me a bad order until now, and with 3 adults behind the window, I feel extremely annoyed it's like this. Pleasant workers, but that doesn't mean much when the order is stale and missing sauces.

If you only have a 30 min lunch: DO NOT ATTEMPT!Especially if there are more than 2-3 cars in line ahead of you.You WILL spend the entire time in line. The driveway is designed so once you are in the line you are committed, and can't get out and back onto the road.

*See previous review from 12/5* Went back, tfe following evening (sign said on 12/5: "Open until 8pm 12/5 thru 12/8) at 7:05 pm...All lights on. 2 cars in parking lot. Sign taped on speaker said: "open at 11am 12/7".I waited. Nobody responded. I waited some more. 2 cars behind me. We waited some more.Kid emerges from rear door with garbage cart. He hollers, "we're closed". I said "wtf?" He says, "we closed at 7...ran out of beef."I said, "bullsh*t." He said, "we're closed". We all left. P*ssed off once more. I have no idea why I subject myself to this totally predictable insanity? *The mozzarella sticks are unbelievable...but not good enough to ever come back.You have the meats...so suck it, Arby's

Every time I go through here to get a roast beef sandwich, the roast beef is literally dripping wet with phlegm like slime to point it makes me wonder if someone is back there literally hocking loogies in the roast beef. It's so bad that the bottom bun and the box it's in are both soaked and dripping and coming apart!???

WOW! So, We go to Arby's tonight and ordered classic Arby's sandwiches, and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. First, no Arby's sauce, they ran out. Disappointed for sure, 2nd got home and the sandwiches had lots of cheese, I didn't want cheese and neither did my husband. My sons sandwich was half apart with a hole in the wrapping just soggy as can be. Oh, and I forgot to mention the guy working the drive thru had his pants down under his butt. So disappointed in this Arby's visit. I will never go back to that location again.

The staff is nice, however they didn't check the order for the extras, sauces, straws, etc. I get that it is fast food, but when you open the sandwich and it looks like they through it together from the other side of the room, then you realize there is no attention to detail in your work.
