Randomly had lunch here today with a friend, and it was some of the best breakfast food I've ever eaten. We absolutely fell in love with the place. Awesome food, great service, really nice cozy spot, fair prices and big portions. It's exactly what you would want out of a small local diner. This is our spot now!
My wife and I absolutely love Willie's Rear. We're 20 miles from Traverse City and whenever we go to TC we try to time it to enjoy breakfast or lunch at Willie's. We love the atmosphere and Jim (owner and chef) provides great food at a great price. Beth is far more than a waitress. She serves everyone as though they are her best friends. If you happen to be there when Jim's Tomato Soup is available, it's by far the best you'll ever taste!
