10-6-24 Stopped at the BB restaurant in Traverse City, Michigan for an afternoon snack. Did not make it past the entrance. It was filthy dirty! The sidewalk at the door was black ... thick with years of never being cleaned. There was a build up of dust & dirt around perimiter of the floor of the entrance inside the door. We turned around and left after explaining to the hostess. Too bad ... Big Boy has been a favorite for over 60 years. I won't be back.

I had a very relaxing dinner with my Son. He got the Scary Burger and the Apple / Carmel Shake and I got the Double Big Boy, their 4 patty burger. We were both happy with the meal. Relaxed atmosphere to just sit and relax and enjoy some time together, with a touch of nostalgia.

We really enjoyed our family dinner here, no complaints. Its kid friendly and our kids really like the all day breakfast options. Our server, Shelly was great and really helpful. The manager, Jackie, came over to see if everything was OK aswell which we thought was nice. She was friendly and happy to chat and answer all our little kiddos questions. We have been here afew more times and i have to say the staff have always been friendly and are great with kids, very patient ??
Fun place to stop for lunch. Good choices on the menu. Server was friendly and attentive. Cute wallpaper.

I love their stawberry lemonade so much. It has got little bits of real strawberry in it. I also got their Triple Decker Turkey Club, which was really good.

It was just okay. Noting to write home about. Kind of expensive 2 soft drinks. My husband got the fish and chips. I got a bowl of soup. With tip. Almost 40.00.

We got breakfast on Sunday morning. I had pancakes, hash browns, and two biscuits. The food tasted fine, but the hash brown portion size was smaller than I expected. The biscuits and pancakes were what I expected. One of our group has allergies and only could eat some fresh fruit. All in all, I give Big Boy 4 stars. It would be five if they had more options for people with dietary restrictions.
