Don't waste your money! Don't believe any positive reviews. The waitress told another customer that the general manager wasn't paying the bills and that's why they didn't have some items. I went to this location because the other ones near this one had worse reviews. I'm disappointed and feel completely ripped off!
We walked in on a Sunday afternoon. First time ever visiting a Big Boy. The waitress couldn't have been less thrilled. She acted like she was stuck in math class and just waiting for school to let out. She took our order. The only positive with a big downside was the food came out in about 15 minutes. The downside was it was slightly warm, thrown together, order was messed up but we still ate the crap!
The waitress only filled one of our drinks. Never filled any other drinks. Not once did she ask us if we wanted desserts. Just completely zoned out and uninterested in doing her job. It truly was a bad experience.
The food for what you get is insanely expensive. Overall horrible experience. It's proof they will hire anyone to work and they don't care. We still left a tip but the waitress needed a hand written tip on how to properly do her job. It's unreal these places keep charging more but everything is going down hill.
Skip it at all costs! Eat somewhere else or local!
I was so disappointed in the restaurant, we all were so happy to see a Big Boy. We lost are Big Boy years back, it unfortunately went out of business. Not because of lack of business, but a developer purchased the land, for more condo's. As soon as we walked in, I hate to say we should of walked out. It was 1. Very messy 2. No real dress code 3. Sticky floors, and tables 4. Lack of enthusiasm from staff We waited at least 30mins just order are drinks, when we had a party of 5, and there was 8 people in there already at prime dinner time. Are order was taken after another 20min wait. The food came out cold, after another 30min wait. The fries were definitely sitting under the heat lamp for ever. The burger pads tasted like they were heated up in the microwave. These are Big Boy staples, thats like buffalo wild wings serving up cold wings, it's there thing. As a business owner you can tell 1. Walked in with only 30mins until close. I usually would NEVER be that guest at a restaurant but I drove 2 hrs!! Jus for a bigboy burger for dinner after a long day of work. My local big boy still says see ya soon after closing due to covid. Staff was friendly took our order quickly food came out hot n fresh and we still managed to be done eating right before closing time. Tbh one of the BEST experiences I've had eating at a big boy. This location has it all from start to finish. Good job staff!!
