Had a great brunch here the other day. It was busy, but as I was on my own they put me at the counter and rustled me up some grub right quick, enabling me to get on to my appointment.
I really appreciate Bob Evans because of the many gluten free options. I'm not celiac, so I can't speak to any contamination issues but the menu works great for me.
Dietary restrictions: There are lots of menu items that don't inherently have gluten. I don't know about any contamination issues as I am not celiac but for my purposes it's a great menu as I am gluten-sensitive.

Although I made a ordering error using the website. The hostess responded to my order, made a change in an item request and carried my order to my car. A family fest for 6. All while dealing with three other patrons. An exceptional young lady, a credit to her store.
They had me at support for FFA, but the bacon is supreme.

We had a male waiter, I'm not sure if he was new, but none of the other waitresses were helping him, and maybe because their help was rejected due to arrogance?, all I know for a fact is, all of the 6 new tables got their food before us, I asked him about it, and he was trying to pawn it off on the cook, but we knew he forgot to put the order in, he is definitely NOT a multitasker. It Set us Back. If I went back to Traverse City Bob Evans, and he was going to be my waiter, Nicely I WOULD ask to be relocated.
