I am a truck driver and ive been on the road driving for just she of 72 hrs and all i wanted was a good didn't even h a very to the bast tasting meal and so I thought who can go wrong with a good bowl of B&G well little did I know its was going to have what looked like 3 day old pieces of chicken breast that been fried from being stuck to the side of the pan alone with a ft long coal blk hair mind you they even gave me a small portion of B&G to go along with my chicken and hair at the beginning of my visit the hostess never breath a word to me just waved the menu like yeah well I guess ill just hopefully she's OK and didn't lose or get her tongue cut out but at the end of my delicious chicken and hair breakfast this old heffer had a big enough set of tennis balls between her legs to ask me if ima be rude and not leave tip I said here's a tip (dont eat yellow snow) and thats the only tip I have for the whole team

We were sat in a crowded, noisy area, even though booths in quieter areas were available. After waiting 10 minutes to be seated when tables were clearly available, we sat for 15 minutes before having our order taken. Our waitress walked past our table several times without acknowledging us; not even to say that she would be with us shortly. She refilled coffee and water at other tables before taking our order. When she finally came to our table, she looked down at her order pad as she said, “go ahead.” My daughter and I were stunned that we were greeted that way after waiting 15 minutes to place our order. When we didn’t respond right away (since we were shocked by her behavior), she pointed at my daughter, as if to tell her she should speak. It’s pretty obvious the employees here are unhappy with their job.

The customer service is terrible even from the manager. They look at you like you’re stupid and give the dirtiest looks. Came in to pick up two DoorDash orders, the manager puts one finger up at me and told me step to the side. Off guard I did as I was told and the girl bagging up the order who I just heard taking an order over the phone sounding very snotty, gave me two bags and said one name. I asked “this is everything, right?” She looked at me so stupid. I repeated myself and her and the manager BOTH looked at me like I was stupor and said irritated “yeah.” Then looked at each other with the dirtiest looks so I gave one back. I couldn’t believe the treatment from them. THEN the orders weren’t correct/missing items. I know it’s the same when I personally order from them as well. I’m sure they get quite a bit of business but they’re not nice for being a family restaurant. Terrible experience that has stuck with me throughout the rest of my day and has affected me ever recommending them. Unbelievable. That little girl needs to be fired and the manager needs written up for standing there and not only allowing it but participating in the act.

Simple American diner style with a great deal for their specials. I opted for the summer salad with grilled chicken and fresh strawberries and blueberries, which was delicious. Mac & cheese side was more creamy than cheesy, maybe that's Ohio style. Good service with friendly waitress.
