The everything bagel I ordered was really good and soft. The vegan cream cheese was very cashew-forward with a bit of a liquid smoke taste or tamari. It was good overall! Just a little basic.
We tried the vegan shmear with an everything bagel and Za'atar bagel. Don't forget the pickled onions, yum! Their bagels are very chewy (in a good way), traditional style bagels. They're so delicious and all are vegan except for the parmesan bagel. The vegan shmear is cashew-based, not soy or oat milk. It's very good. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in the area.
Outstanding bagels, salmon, spreads, and salads. I highly recommend the Smorgasbord if you have a crew over for breakfast/brunch. Easily fed 10ppl.
