Oil was bad and oil temp was too high. Over cooked my chicken sandwich where the breading was falling off because it was brittle and the chicken was burnt and dry.
Not impressed at all. We ordered 50 wings and part of our order was not included. Of course didn't find out until we got home and to make it even worse... It was our kids portion of the meal so I had a super hangry 4 and 9 year old while I was trying to scramble and find a substitute option for their dinner. Spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting for the manager to get on the phone to determine how they were going to rectify the situation and they told me the GM would reach out...read full review
