Very delicious bagels! We got a nosh and an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. There is no indoor seating and the shop is a little tight but very cute inside with plenty of goodies and merch! Will definitely be back when we visit again.
Got here at about 11am on a Thursday and was about 5 parties out from the front door. The line went fast and we had or order quicker than anticipated. The bagels were delicious, thick and fresh. There were only 3 varieties left by about 11:30am so get here early for best selection. The lox on the bagel was thick and firm and with lots of capers. The BLT had thick bacon and a very thick slice of heirloom tomato that tasted like it came off of the vine. Definitely would come...
I love love love Bubbies!! This is the best place to get a bagel. The parm black pepper bagel is my favorite that is always on the menu. I enjoy the monthly specials as well. They always have something fun every month. The only bad thing is that the Ramp Schmear isn't a main stay item. I look forward to that special every year.
