Food was good. Customwr service inside was good. Outside customer service (one guy don’t know the name) could be more warmer. Hayden was good today. And if this chic fil a is the only chic fil a for traverse city you should staff up. The wait time was 20 mins On a Friday and they gave a breakfast coupon to compensate it but it’s only redemable at traverse city location and we were just visitors for leisure.
This location is always friendly, efficient, and their food is excellent! We go here often and they make you feel like family. The owner even is often seen helping out. Can’t say enough good about this place!
Wonderful food and customer service. I picked up a catering order this morning and it was ready when I arrived in a convenient carry bag. When I looked inside to check my order, which was perfect, there was a hand written note saying thank you and that they appreciated my order. First class.
