I have the vegetarian breakfast sandwich and matcha latte with oat milk and it was phenomenal! The people working there were so nice and attentive. The environment was very welcoming and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the traverse city area!

Really nice inside. Had a pizza made from scratch, what’s not to love about that. Live Music with local artists will definitely bring me back. Thanks for all the hard work and a cool place!

Croissant specialists and hard to find long-fermentation sourdough bread experts. A treat every time we go because it is a little pricey but worth it.

I previously left a negative review due to some issues with our visit. However, management promptly reached out and made it right. I appreciate them doing that and would give their service five stars.

Simple pies with sooo much flavor. Each ingredient on this pizzas really shines through beautifully. Crust was cooked perfectly. Don't let the price tag or lack of an abundance of ingredients/toppings deter you from ordering some pizza here.

I love everything about Common good and their breakfast. Their bread is just as delicious. I am not a big fan of their lunch sandwhiches, but thats ok because a croissant-which is all I need in life. I will be a customer for a long time. The bread club is pretty neat too.

Absolutely delicious and cozy bakery. I've been coming here regularly all winter to do remote work, and they keep improving the menu and experience. The staff are very friendly and kind. As a bonus, it smells AMAZING in here and the afternoon sunlight looks so good.

Two pizzas were very good. Three pastas were not good at all. Service was not good. We had to get up and find our server after waiting over 10 minutes to be greeted. They only had two front of house staff for the whole place. I think the fact that they were busy and understaffed are primary reasons for our poor overall experience. Overall the food overpriced as well even if the food pastas were good. Thankfully they did take one pasta off of our tab. Alfredo noodles were not even fully cooked. Tasted like buttered noodles except it was $15 without any protein. The staff were nice, just not prepared to be busy on a Saturday night in December. We may try it again next time we visit TC.Kid-friendliness: Not super kid friendly. We had to sit at a high top and high chair didn’t work well with that.

The best fresh bread and pastries in town hands down. Baguettes cannot be beat. Have eaten meals here a few times too and food and service have been very good. The panzanella salad is full of flavor but both times I tried it the bread was rock hard. Shouldn’t it be somewhat chewy? The pastas I’ve had have been creamy and delicious but I’d prefer pancetta instead of the too crunchy and salty guanciale. Minor criticisms but hoping they’re reading their reviews. ? Looking forward to trying their pizzas soon!
