Got coffee, pizza and a tiramisu brownie on a quick pitstop. The pizza is excellent (and I’m a bit of an east coast pizza snob). Tiramisu brownie blew my mind. Service was quick and friendly
The egg ham and cheese croissants we had tasted real good. The tiramisu dessert cup we tried was good. But as for our ice mocha drinks went terrible. To the point we could not even drink them. Way too much coffee or expresso in it how ever it is made and over powering on the chocolate too. Not worth the money we paid on the coffees.

Too expensive. For me. Won’t say overpriced—like I believe Third Coast to be—because the quality speaks loudly here. I just can’t go as often. I’m old and old school so it never sits right when an establishment asks customers to tip before they receive service (such is our e-pay lives these days); but there seems to be some sort of bus-your-dishes culture… after full pre tipping off an expensive total? Get out of here....
