I had a small steak pasty but it was pretty much a potato pasty ... a little more steak would’ve been nice. I got carry out on my lunch break but it didn’t even fill me up … for $12 it should’ve. Disappointing.
Cousin Jenny's is a must-visit restaurant in Traverse City. It is the quintessential comfort food experience, with mouth-watering pasties, as well as delicious wraps, salads and sandwiches. The quality of food is exceptional. I have yet to find a Pastie that is even close to as good as Cousin Jenny's - whether it is in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Lower Peninsula or elsewhere.
