I have not eaten any food here so I can't speak to that, but I have been here a few times for coffee and to visit with people. The coffee has always been good quality and the atmosphere is comfortable.

On a weekend trip to Traverse City we visited the Eastside location twice (Friday and Saturday mornings) - both mornings we had great service and great coffee (particularly their Americano). The filled herb bagel ball was great. My Auntie didn't love the Mediterranean scone.

We were in town for a little weekend getaway and needed some coffee. We found and walked over to Cuppa Joe and were so happy we did! Day 1, we made the mistake of sharing a blueberry scone. Day 2, we definitely corrected that error by getting one each ? so yummy!
Coffee was great too, they had most of the non-dairy milks and had a handful of the good flavor sauces for coffee.
Staff was super uber nice and we would come back again if we were not 6 hrs away. If we come back to Traverse City, this will be a definite stop!

Watered down cold brew when asking for less ice. My husband’s cold brew was a lot of syrup with a splash of cold brew concentrate. It’s ok to not have a completely full cup when asking for less ice. But to water it down completely to fill the cup makes for a nasty cup of cold brew. My latte was decent but his drink was not good.

Horrible cold brew coffee. It may have been good coffee but the guy came out with a cup full of ice and water and puts just a splash of cold brew in my cup. I was informed it’s an extract but I have never hurd of that. All I could taste was some vanilla and water.
Mocha was awesome. Try their hand pies, no brainer.

I watched everyone behind me get their orders before us. It’s pretty sad when you forget to make orders and have the person wait forever! Also, the drinks aren’t very big, they’re all the size of smalls.

We stayed at the state park, so we came here most mornings. The staff are awesome and their coffee and food is fantastic! Definitely recommend the spinach-dill-feta hand pie and the everything bagels. Would definitely come back.
