We ate outside, ordered three items and two shakes. Received two items and the shakes one item was not correct. Reordered the item that was missing and sent back the item that was wrong. Got the item back and it was still wrong and this was not a hard item to make, chilli cheese dog no onions. First time got hot dog with mustard, second time got the hot dog with chilli and mustard. Where is the cheese. Did not send it back to be fixed again. Probably won't be back to eat there again

If you like a “blast in the past” vibe for a diner this this place is for you. I’d recommend the shakes/malts and of course their fried mushrooms are just to die for though they come to you steaming hot they’re still delicious!!! So, if you’re staying in the beach district and can’t find a place to eat then this place is your place. Fair warning though, Don’s drive in is quite a popular place with tourists AND locals.
Best burger joint in the whole state. A must stop every time coming through the area. Burgers always good, hot, tasty. Great prices and large selection of food/drinks.

I could drink the ranch it is so good. It’s literally the best ranch I’ve ever had. The food is pretty great too, love the BLT, and chicken strips with the tasty fries. To top it all off they have incredible fresh fruit shakes. Such a fun diner experience!

This is a 1950s style diner straight out of the movies.
The food is classic American fare, and they do it well. We felt that it was very cheap and quick, and the staff was quick to get us seated despite the place being packed. I get the feeling that they're used to working under the pressure of constantly being packed. I'd stop here again for a quick bite to eat.

Update......... I had to edit my review. As of May 24, 2025 all pickup orders are to be collected at the counter inside. This changed from being able to pickup from curbside. When I placed my order, no one told me of this change prior to pickup.
