Placed our order for 2 burritos at the counter. No line, not busy. There were 2 employees working and they said they would bring the food to us. I waited over 10 minutes then went to the counter. The employee who made our food put it in the heater and then over 5 minutes earlier and then left the building. Neither burrito was what we ordered. In my case, they added beans and rice when they were supposed to be excluded. They offered a 10% off coupon, but we wont be using it.

I stopped in around 3:30 and was immediately told they only had ground beef and charbroiled chicken. There was only me girl behind the counter and I figured the wait would be a bit longer than usual. Before my order was even started on two young men walked in and went to the back and did not help make any order. It took 20 minutes for 3 tacos and a quesadilla which I asked for the tacos to be done street style with salsa onside which is lime cilantro cheese and onion on the taco. I got home and found they had no cilantro lime or onion 🧅 n the tacos but they had salsa and green chilies. The chicken had zero seasoning and just tasted of burnt grill which I expected with charbroiled but that burnt flavor isn't bad when there is seasonings on the chicken. I was also told they didn't have red salsa which was great I wanted green but look at the picture I attached and tell me what color the salsa is. It tasted of pure tomato and a little garlic. My son said his quesadilla was fine but he's also 15 and not hard to please but it was the smallest quesadilla I have ever seen in my life. I also had to ask 3 different employees for chips and salsa because between 2-4pm they come complimentary with an purchase by the time I got someone to get it I was still charged for the salsa but a different employee caught in and gave me the chips for free. This was my first time here and I won't be back for $25 for 3 tasteless and wrong tacos and a tiny quesadillas it was not worth it.

Won't go back. Two hours for food. They told us that they prioritize Door dash orders, so it didn't matter to them that we were waiting and waiting and waiting for food as more Door dash orders came in and got prioritized in front of us.

We used Dreloco Taco to have food catered to our wedding reception. The delivery was quick, easy, and the delivery person was super friendly! But, most of all, the food was FANTASTIC! We got chicken and beef tacos. Yhe pico and salsa *chefs kiss** Also, the way it was packaged made it incredibly easy to serve! Thank you so much!! ❤️
Called in advance about holiday hours, but then then last minute closed early and refused my phone order.

They were out of pork and brisket and when I asked for shrimp tacos they said they only had enough to make one. I got my single shrimp taco and the four shrimp were drowned in sauce and red cabbage, no cilantro or cotija cheese. We waited quite a long time for not much food. Chips also tasted like the oil was rancid. The interior is super cute, menu looks appetizing, but they need to get it together.
