Got a mug from here as a gift. First attempt at putting in hot water (not quite boiling), I could hear it cracking. I quickly poured the water out and sure enough the inside was full of cracks. The person who got it for me tried returning it and the store refused. So warning, they sell cheaply made mugs that cannot hold hot drinks and don't stand by their products.
Edit: I was reached out by staff and they ended up being very accommodating and quick to respond. I appreciated support, and my MIL who made the exchange said everyone was very friendly.

Ordered two pour overs (Colombian and Costa Rica) and just threw them away, worse than gas station quality brewed coffee. Employees were generally unfriendly, which didn't help.

The coffee was undrinkable. It tasted like it was from one of those push button machines, but a little more bland. Very disappointing was looking toward to the fun sounding flavors.

Ordered an oatmilk latte and it was the worst latte I’ve ever had. It was scalding hot and had a watered down fruity taste to it. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I ended up throwing it out, which I have never done before. Girl taking orders at the front looked bothered to have to take our order. There are 2 other much better options for coffee in downtown Traverse. Save your money and walk a few blocks to get good coffee.

I don’t usually like writing reviews . But I just want people to be warned . The coffee and everything here is amazing love the place . But the workers they deffff neeed some customer service school or something . The 3 young girls talk about the customers when leaving , it took 30 minutes for 2 drinks n there was no one ordering . If yall think that’s okay fine but think about you’re giving them a tip . Why give someone a tip and for them to be rude after ? Just thought I’d share to each your own :)
