We had an excellent experience at the Traverse City Distillery Tasting Room! The bourbon tasting was fantastic, and the backstory behind the distillery and its spirits made the experience even more enjoyable. The passion and grain to glass craftsmanship really came through.
Kaylee was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. She provided an excellent overview of the bourbons and did a great job making the tasting both informative and fun.

The spirits, including the best Bloody Mary, showcase the distillery's dedication and community involvement. The tasting room is a great place to enjoy a quick drink or purchase "souvenir" bottles. Many guests appreciate the great drinks, such as the Cherry Vodka Slushy and chipotle vodka with their Bloody Mary mix, which are highly recommended. The back area with couches and windows overlooking the water offers a relaxing spot. The staff, including Leah, ensure a warm and welcoming environment, making each visit memorable. The spirits are exquisite, with some calling the wheat whiskey the best they have ever had. Visitors also enjoy a wide selection of spirits including gin, rum, vodka, bourbon, wine, mead, and whiskey, with tasting flights recommended to explore their variety.
