“Well balanced cocktails with excellent complexity and a lot of variation every time we visit. I love the atmosphere. It's cozy, the bartenders are always so nice and relaxed, and I especially love it when they're playing the videos of walking through cities around the world. It's almost never too loud to talk, even when they have local live music. We've brought plenty of bottles home for the home bar, too. Love every aspect of it.“

“First and foremost, our waitress was April. Y'all, all I can say is, she is one of the most customer minded waitresses I have ever come across. She knew her menu, what was going on in the restaurant as far as customers go, and was very pleasant and not in a fake way. The food was very very good. I had the Chicken Alfredo. Hands down the best I've had. For dessert, it was the Apple Carmel Cheese Cake. OMG sooo good. If you haven't tried the Flying Noodle, I would highly recommend you do.“

“So we were in town for a business trip and wanted a try out some local drinks. We popped into Grand Traverse and ran into Gabe who hosted us to a great tasting of their bourbons. He was super friendly and the bourbons were great. When it came time to close our tabs, Gabe surprised us with an unbelievable bill… he said Grand Traverse Distillery is about making their bourbon enjoyable and less about $. Thanks Gabe and I’ll be back next visit!“

“On a stormy Monday afternoon, (May 18th), my wife and I were seeking a trendy lunch spot in Traverse City to celebrate our last full day in town and we discovered FireFly. Although the weather was wet and gloomy, our day was instantly brighter when we entered to encounter Leah, our smiley, welcoming, and cheerful waitress. She seated us next to a window, was eager to serve, made great menu recommendations, and was one of the highlights our last day in Traverse City. We would like to give her a huge shout out for making our visit to FireFly memorable.“

“The food and views were great. We believe the fries were done in duck fat which lended a splendid flavor. Fish and chips tasted great. The rooftop sunset views were wonderful. A rating of 4 only for the fact that you order at the register and then drinks are ordered at the bar which is slightly cumbersome, it works just fine as long as you aren't in the mood for a full service place.“

“Found another mexi place close by using Waze app to find food and ended up waiting what seemed longer than we should at Fri$das hostess stand with no acknowledgment from anyone including bartenders who saw us …prices way higher…they are next to Macy’s who went out of business…keep it up and you’ll be too! La senoritas was just right around corner from them and wow great service, food excellent, verde sauce just right, marg delish and no blaring music!! Vintage decor! Prices reasonable:)“
