“First and foremost, our waitress was April. Y'all, all I can say is, she is one of the most customer minded waitresses I have ever come across. She knew her menu, what was going on in the restaurant as far as customers go, and was very pleasant and not in a fake way. The food was very very good. I had the Chicken Alfredo. Hands down the best I've had. For dessert, it was the Apple Carmel Cheese Cake. OMG sooo good. If you haven't tried the Flying Noodle, I would highly recommend you do.“

“The vibe in here is amazing. My husband, his mother and I got there a little before open fully expecting to wait outfit until opening time, and a husband/wife staff duo let us in and got us started right away. Touches like that mean a lot when a lot of companies can really care less about the customer experience. That's not even mentioning the amazing drinks we had (try anything carrot related, you'll thank me). The bartender even worked with me to create a bizarre bit delicious custom cocktail. When we're back in Traverse, we'll absolutely be back here! Thanks again ya'll for making it a great experience!“

“We had an excellent experience at the Traverse City Distillery Tasting Room! The bourbon tasting was fantastic, and the backstory behind the distillery and its spirits made the experience even more enjoyable. The passion and grain to glass craftsmanship really came through.

Kaylee was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. She provided an excellent overview of the bourbons and did a great job making the tasting both informative and fun.

“On a stormy Monday afternoon, (May 18th), my wife and I were seeking a trendy lunch spot in Traverse City to celebrate our last full day in town and we discovered FireFly. Although the weather was wet and gloomy, our day was instantly brighter when we entered to encounter Leah, our smiley, welcoming, and cheerful waitress. She seated us next to a window, was eager to serve, made great menu recommendations, and was one of the highlights our last day in Traverse City. We would like to give her a huge shout out for making our visit to FireFly memorable.“

“The food and views were great. We believe the fries were done in duck fat which lended a splendid flavor. Fish and chips tasted great. The rooftop sunset views were wonderful. A rating of 4 only for the fact that you order at the register and then drinks are ordered at the bar which is slightly cumbersome, it works just fine as long as you aren't in the mood for a full service place.“

“Found another mexi place close by using Waze app to find food and ended up waiting what seemed longer than we should at Fri$das hostess stand with no acknowledgment from anyone including bartenders who saw us …prices way higher…they are next to Macy’s who went out of business…keep it up and you’ll be too! La senoritas was just right around corner from them and wow great service, food excellent, verde sauce just right, marg delish and no blaring music!! Vintage decor! Prices reasonable:)“
