West End Tavern Reviews
This place is awesome!got us in last minute the start of restaurant week!!3 course was absolutely fantastic!the BBQ chicken pizza delicious!???? cheesecake on point.would give more stars if possible.???????
Always enjoy our meals at West End Tavern & the service is top tier. When my steak Caesar salad came out not to order, the waiter didn’t even give me a chance to see it and replaced it immediately free of charge, along with allowing me to eat the already made salad (steak was well done, no pink). We were also offered dessert for the trouble (not trouble to us) which was very kind. Will always recommend!
Great food. I had the pan fried walleye. My mom had the wagyu sirloin. Nancy was a fantastic server. Just a really good experience overall.

West End Tavern is a restaurant located near the marina in Greilickville, offering a pleasant atmosphere with spectacular views. The spacious booths provide comfort, and the menu includes options such as sandwiches, a chicken Caesar salad with seared romaine, ribs, a tavern burger, a BLT pizza, french onion soup, tomahawk pork chop, and a Wagyu burger with Parmesan fries. The service is prompt, professional, and friendly, and the pricing is good value. The restaurant has an outdoor deck, perfect for summer dining, and offers delicious desserts like carrot cake with thick frosting. Guests praise the excellent atmosphere and friendly staff, with some mentioning the attentive service from servers. The view of the lake while dining is a highlight, as the restaurant is situated right by a marina on Lake Michigan, providing a scenic setting. However, during busy times, such as Friday nights, wait times for food can be around 40 minutes, and some dishes may not meet expectations, like clam chowder with little clams or a wilted beet salad. The menu features a variety of food and drinks, and the place is popular among visitors. The truffle aioli-like dipping sauce for fries and the juicy burgers remain favorites among guests, making it a popular spot for both locals and visitors.
