Great place to sample drinks!
Best spot downtown to get a cocktail. Bartenders were great and friendly.
Great tasting and even better service
Big cheers, thanks and salúd to Anthony for the best birthday drink I’ve had in years! “Spicy Bees Knees” totally hit the spot! Cheers!
All the winter drinks were amazing. The chocolate covered cherry martini was definitely my favorite and I’m not typically a chocolate martini kinda gal!
Stopped here for drinks and had a Pumpkin Martini. It was bitter tasting.
Great drinks perfect service.
My husband & I stopped in while in Traverse City celebrating our wedding anniversary.
My husband had the Maple Old Fashioned & I had the Pumpkin Old Fashioned, both were very good. Unfortunately, the bartender was very unfriendly. It seemed as though serving customers was an inconvenience to her.
I don’t know that I would come back.
Went to the “tasting room” for a “tasting” only to be told they weren’t doing them because they were under staffed!! The tasting room only had two people seated at a table and two people working the bar. When we asked about tastings the bartender replied “uuuuuhhhhh, we are not really set up for tastings because of our staffing” then began wiping the bar top in front of us. Hope your whiskey is better than your service. Will never know or care. Typical Traverse City tourist trap.
Loved our experience! Great cocktails, solid atmosphere. The bartenders were so nice!

Walked in the door, no signs saying wait to be seated or seat yourself so after a couple of minutes standing in front of a tablet where a host would normally be and no communication from any of the visible 4 staff members we sat ourselves. We were watched by the waiters while we found a table, sat down and 1 member of our group used the restroom. Another 5-10 minutes went by without any introduction from the staff. The bar had 2 customers at it and 1 more group less than 4 at another table. We Walked out with still no remarks from the staff.
Staff is very kind and tastings were cheap. $5 for 4 pours of your choice. Spirits were okay, but pricey for the quality. Cocktails were the same, decent alcohol but flavors were okay. Very basic and a bit overpriced.
The tasting was good, prices a little high?
I’ve done a tasting here and I have bought bottles of their spirits. Today the wife got a Cherry Vodka Slushy. What the what!!!! It was really good. I like their Rye Whiskey. A must go to!
Been going here every summer for years. Won’t go back. I’ll buy their bourbon locally. It used to be about the experience. Tastings were great and helpful with new and unique bottles.
Apparently the “tasting bar” is no longer. I spend around $300 every visit and today was no different. Lugged my bottles to the checkout only to find out I had to wait at the bar. I was advised I had to wait to pay for my bottles until everyone was at the bar was served. 4 bartenders and one couldn’t take 2 seconds to cash me out. I’m not trying to be a diva but retail should not stand in a long line of patrons to pay for their bottles.
