A big thank you to the original Grand Traverse Pie Company on West Front Street in Traverse City. I've been here twice within the past four weeks and both experiences were superb. Not only do they have amazing pies in a variety of flavors, they also have a great menu of sandwiches, soups, salads, quiche, and more. We were here for the first time and had to try the Cherry pie. We loved it! So delicious. However, the service (for us) was very poor. The person who took our order and preparing our food was more interested in chatting with their co workers about someone's brother than actually getting our food. Note this wasn't a quick comment but full on conversation. When she finally brought our order, she forgot about some of the items we purchased. A bit disappointed in our experience,...
Friendly staff. Cute restaurant. Have only picked up things to go. Love they have a few gluten free (and vegetarian) options that are sweet. My family enjoyed the cherry pie and and GF pumpkin bars are awesome.
