Great service and great quality - feels like a tradition when visiting traverse city! Also, when I was in line, I overheard that someone’s online order was accidentally taken by someone else, but the team was super quick to help that person out, which was nice to see.
I can't speak to the atmosphere, but my story makes me believe it is lovely while open. Me and my fiance wanted to get away for the weekend and took an impromptu trip to TC, while wandering with no real direction, my fiancé had to pee and everywhere we tried was closed. Including the Grand Traverse pie company. However, as we walked away the door opened and their General manager let us in after a quick explanation, sold us two slices of pie and let us use the restroom. The...
Stopped in today for lunch. I ordered the soup/salad combo. The chicken cherry salad and the chili were both excellent and the portions were generous. My husband ordered the pot pie combo. The side salad and pie were perfect, the pot pie was very over seasoned, not bad, just overpowered with seasoning. Overall a great experience.
