Good food, miserable bar staff. The bar staff is miserable and aloof. They take away from the rest of the staff and experience. My advice, replace them with your employees that enjoy serving people.

A great rooftop in the Traverse City area. It’s large and spacious to accommodate a lot of people comfortably and offers some spectacular views of the bay. We have ordered drinks and food from here and enjoyed every bit of it.

Nice roof top restaurant/bar. However I don't really like the concept that you have to order the food with the phone and still pay a 20% tip!At least the food, Tenderloin Medallions, was really good.Also, why can't you charge the food and drinks to the room bill...?Update: went there again, waited over 40 minutes after the order to just get a salad and the place was not very busy. So only 3 stars.

Had a great experience here last night. Food was good, view is great, and Dennis and the 2 ladies helping him behind the bar were super friendly and helpful. I had a gift certificate that I didn't know how to apply as payment when ordering from my phone, and Dennis had never seen that type of gift certificate either, but he didn't skip a beat. He smiled, wrote down the order for me and my wife, gave it to the cooks, then went behind the scenes to get the payment handled while my wife and I enjoyed our drinks and waited for our food. Typically you'd get the "let me ask my manager" response and then sit and wait, but Dennis handled it and was awesome. Many thanks!

Great view of the bay at night with fire pits, great service and drinks. We had so much fun there with our friends! We were all visiting from out of town and went there after dinner.
The most beautiful view in all of traverse city. The guy at the hotel front desk was awesome. The bartender- Perhaps quite rude.

After reading the reviews on here and google I wasn't sure about this place. But it is amazing! The views are incredible. Also, you M U S T get the Bayou burger... we're burger fanatics and it was the best. Had andouille sausage on it and it was such a delicious twist. The music and atmosphere is super fun!!

I was going to walk to 7 Monks for a late night bite and then impulsively pushed the elevator to the 5th floor of the Indigo of which I was a hotel guest I was glad that I rode the elevator to the 5th floor! I was pleasantly pleased with the quick service and ease of ordering myself a drink at the bar. I was surprised with the reasonable prices for appetizers and salad. I had eaten a heavy lunch in Frankenmuth at the Bavarian Inn, and so I was looking for a salad for a late evening supper. The Soul Bowl was healthy with its Spinach, Quinoa, roasted tomatoes and goat cheese. It was delicious for a salad and I'm not a hard core salad guy.
