“Experience is really what matters. Nobody raves about the food if the experience is terrible.
The food was mid at best. That said, it's the right set of options.
The server was fantastic, and kept all options for food or drinks readily available.
The service was engaging, measured and professional - we were there visiting a dying family member. She didn't know that, but her presence matched the moment and the needs. Unexpectedly special -“
