We ordered a cauliflower crust last night. To our surprise when you get this pizza we found it was not much more then a small single size at the most 10 inches. Paying full price for a miniature is not what we planned on. We did not go hungry since we fixed something to eat after the appetizer. What a waste of time and disappointment.
It will be a while before we order from Jets again.
delivery was an hour after the time they told us (2 hours and 15 minutes after ordering) and the store stopped answering phones to give updates. the delivery guy never said sorry and when concern addressed the delivery guy told us to try using someone else next time.... so professional 🙄
I will not be buying pizza from here again! This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I placed my order at 4:30 and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I called when we got there at 5:00 for curbside pickup, like they told me to. They confirmed my order and told me they would get it out to me as soon as they could. I called back 10 minutes later to follow up. They told me to hold on. They kept me on the line for 5 minutes with no additional response....read full review
